The Report Builder lets you create custom reports with drag-and-drop widgets. Export them as branded PDFs to share with your team, clients, or stakeholders.

Where to find it

Go to Reports in the left sidebar. Click New Report to open the builder.

The builder layout

The builder has three panels:

  • Left: Widget Palette – Available widgets you can add to your report

  • Center: Canvas – Drag widgets here and reorder them

  • Right: Preview – See what your report will look like

Drag widgets from the palette to the canvas. Reorder them by dragging up or down.

Exporting as PDF

Click Export PDF to generate a branded report. The PDF includes:

  • A cover page with your report title

  • Each widget rendered with its current data

  • Your branding (logo, colors, footer text)

White-label branding

To customize your report branding, go to Settings > Branding and configure:

  • Company name

  • Logo URL

  • Primary color

  • Accent color

  • Footer text

These settings apply to all PDF and PPTX exports across the platform, not just the Report Builder.

Templates

Save any report layout as a template so you can reuse it:

  1. Build your report with the widgets you want

  2. Click Save as Template and give it a name

  3. Next time, click Load Template to start from that layout

You can set one template as your default for quick access.

Tips

  • Create a monthly report template with Visibility Score, Citation Trends, and Top Opportunities. Use it for recurring stakeholder updates.

  • Use the Custom Text widget to add context, commentary, or action items alongside the data.

  • If you are working with clients, set up white-label branding so reports have their logo instead of yours.
