You can cancel your GRRO subscription at any time.
How to cancel
Go to Settings in the left sidebar
Click Subscription
Click Cancel Plan
Confirm your cancellation
What happens when you cancel
Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period
After that, your account moves to the Free plan
You keep access to Free plan features (3 prompts, 1 AI engine, basic audits)
Your data is never deleted. All your recommendation history, audits, content scores, and reports are preserved
Can I reactivate later?
Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from Settings > Subscription. All your historical data will still be there.
Canceling done-for-you services
If you have the done-for-you add-on, contact our team directly at [email protected] or through your account manager to cancel that service. Done-for-you cancellation is separate from your platform subscription.
