The GRRO dashboard is organized around a sidebar that gives you access to every section of the platform. Here's a quick tour.
Sidebar sections
The sidebar is your main navigation. It includes these sections:
Agent. Your AI assistant that can answer questions about your brand and visibility data.
Home. Your overview page with your AI Visibility Score, quick actions, and system status.
Fix Center. All the issues found on your site, with tools to fix them.
Analytics. Detailed visibility tracking, mentions, source citations, and traffic data.
Prompts. The questions people ask AI about your industry, and whether your brand shows up.
Content. Tools for creating and scoring AI-optimized content.
On-Page. Site health audits and page-level analysis.
Collapsing the sidebar
You can collapse the sidebar to give yourself more screen space. Click the collapse control to shrink it down. Your preference is saved, so it stays the way you set it.
Home page
The Home page is your starting point. It shows:
Your overall AI Visibility Score
Quick actions for common tasks
System status showing what GRRO is doing (recent scans, activity)
A breakdown of your performance by platform
How you compare to competitors
Domain switcher
If you manage multiple brands, the domain switcher at the top of the sidebar lets you switch between them. Each brand has its own workspace with separate data.
Settings
Your account settings are in the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar. From there you can manage your brand profile, team, billing, and integrations.
