Mission Control is your strategic dashboard for managing AI visibility work. It gives you a high-level view of what needs to be done, what's in progress, and what's complete.

Kanban board

Mission Control uses a kanban board layout with three columns:

  • To Do. Tasks and initiatives that haven't started yet.

  • In Progress. Work that's actively being done.

  • Done. Completed tasks.

Drag items between columns as work progresses, or update their status manually.

AI-generated recommendations

GRRO analyzes your visibility data and suggests actions you should take. These recommendations are based on:

  • Gaps in your AI visibility

  • Issues found in your site audits

  • Opportunities spotted in prompt research

  • Areas where competitors are outperforming you

Recommendations appear as tasks you can add to your board.

Experiments

Create experiments to test different approaches to improving your AI visibility. For example, you might experiment with different content formats, page structures, or schema markup to see what gets better results.

Track the outcome of each experiment so you know what works and what doesn't.

Gap diagnosis

Gap diagnosis identifies specific areas where competitors outperform you. It answers questions like:

  • Which prompts do competitors appear for that you don't?

  • Which content topics are you missing?

  • Where are competitors getting cited but you're not?

Use these gaps to prioritize your next steps.
