Your brand profile is the foundation of everything GRRO does for you. It tells GRRO who you are, what you do, and who you serve, so every recommendation and analysis is relevant to your business.

What's in your brand profile

Your brand profile includes:

  • Website URL. Your main domain.

  • Workspace name. The name of your GRRO workspace.

  • Brand description. A summary of what your business does.

  • Location. Where your business is based.

  • Language. The primary language of your content.

  • Geographic reach. How wide your market is. Options include:

    • Local (city or small region)

    • Regional (state or multi-city area)

    • National (one country)

    • International (multiple countries)

Auto-detect

GRRO can automatically pull context from your website to fill in your brand profile. This saves time and ensures accuracy. After auto-detect runs, review the results and make any corrections.

Why your brand profile matters

GRRO uses your brand profile for:

  • AI scans. It shapes the prompts GRRO uses when checking your visibility across AI platforms.

  • Competitor suggestions. It helps GRRO find the right competitors to track.

  • Recommendations. It ensures the Agent and Fix Center give you advice that fits your business.

  • Content tools. It provides context so AI-generated content matches your brand.

The more detail you provide, the better GRRO's output will be. A vague profile leads to generic recommendations. A detailed profile leads to specific, actionable insights.

Updating your profile

You can update your brand profile anytime. Go to Knowledge Base in the sidebar and select the Brand section. Changes take effect immediately and apply to all future scans and recommendations.
