Billing and Plans

View your plan, track usage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Your billing settings let you manage your subscription, track usage, and update payment information.

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings and open the Billing section to see your current plan. You'll find:

  • Your plan name and tier

  • When your current billing period started and ends

  • Whether you're on monthly or annual billing

Usage tracking

Usage bars show how much of your plan you've used across four areas:

  • Scans. How many AI visibility scans you've run.

  • Prompts. How many prompts you're tracking.

  • Content. How much content you've created or scored.

  • API usage. How many API calls you've made (if applicable).

Keep an eye on these to make sure you're not approaching your plan limits.

Upgrading or downgrading

You can change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Monthly vs. annual billing

You can switch between monthly and annual billing. Annual billing gives you a discount compared to paying month by month. The switch takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Canceling your subscription

If you need to cancel, you can do so in the Billing section. Here's what happens:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

  • Your data is saved for 90 days after cancellation.

  • You can reactivate your account within that 90-day window and pick up where you left off.

Managing your payment method

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. You can update your credit card or payment method in the Billing section. GRRO does not store your payment information directly.
