Team Management

Invite team members and manage who has access to your workspace.

GRRO lets you invite team members to your workspace so everyone can access the same brand data and tools.

Inviting team members

To invite someone, go to Settings and find the Team section. Enter their email address and send the invite. They'll receive an email with instructions to join your workspace.

Roles and permissions

When you add a team member, you can set their role. Roles control what each person can access and change within the workspace. Choose the role that matches what each team member needs to do.

What team members share

All team members in a workspace share:

  • The same brand profile and data

  • Access to visibility reports and analytics

  • The same competitors and topics

  • Fix Center issues and fixes

  • Content tools and prompts

  • Agent conversations (each person has their own conversation history)

Removing team members

If someone leaves your team or no longer needs access, you can remove them from the workspace in Settings. Their access is revoked immediately.

Tips for team management

  • Only invite people who need direct access to GRRO. For others, export reports and share them.

  • Review your team list periodically to remove anyone who no longer needs access.

  • Make sure at least one person on the team has full administrative access.
