How to Change your Plan

You can change your GRRO plan at any time from the billing settings.

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings, then Billing

  2. Select the plan you want to upgrade to

  3. Confirm your selection

Your new plan takes effect immediately. You'll have instant access to the additional features and higher limits.

How to downgrade

  1. Go to Settings, then Billing

  2. Select the lower plan

  3. Confirm your selection

When downgrading, keep in mind:

  • Prompt limits. If you have more prompts than your new plan allows, you'll need to remove some before the downgrade takes effect.

  • Team members. If your team exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to remove members.

  • Features. Features not included in the new plan will become unavailable.

Your existing data is never deleted when you downgrade. If you upgrade again later, everything will still be there.

Switching between monthly and annual

You can switch between monthly and annual billing in the Billing section. Annual billing saves you up to 4 months free. The switch takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

When changes take effect

  • Upgrades. Immediate.

  • Downgrades. Take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Billing cycle switch. Takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
