How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel anytime. Your data is saved for 90 days.

You can cancel your GRRO subscription at any time from the billing settings.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings, then Billing

  2. Click Cancel Subscription

  3. Confirm your cancellation

What happens when you cancel

  • Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.

  • After that, your account loses access to paid features.

  • Your data is saved for 90 days after cancellation. All your visibility history, audits, content scores, and reports are preserved.

  • After 90 days, your data may be permanently removed.

Can I reactivate later?

Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from Settings, then Billing. If you reactivate within 90 days, all your historical data will still be there.

Canceling done-for-you services

If you have the done-for-you add-on, contact our team directly at [email protected] or through your account manager. Done-for-you cancellation is separate from your platform subscription.
