Prompts are the questions people ask AI about your industry. GRRO tracks these prompts and checks whether AI mentions your brand in the response.

What are prompts?

A prompt is any question or request someone types into an AI platform. For example:

  • "What's the best project management tool for small teams?"

  • "How do I choose a CRM?"

  • "Top marketing agencies in Austin"

GRRO monitors these prompts across all six AI platforms and records whether your brand shows up.

Adding prompts

You can add prompts in two ways:

  • Manually. Type in a prompt you want to track.

  • From research suggestions. GRRO suggests prompts based on your industry and data. You can add them to your tracking list with one click.

Archiving prompts

If a prompt is no longer relevant, you can archive it. Archived prompts stop being tracked, but they're not deleted. You can restore them anytime if you change your mind.

Filtering and searching

Use filters to organize your prompts:

  • Intent type. Filter by the type of question (informational, commercial, transactional, etc.).

  • Keyword search. Search for prompts that contain specific words.

Intent funnel

The intent funnel groups your prompts by where they fall in the buyer journey. This helps you see whether you're being mentioned at the awareness stage, consideration stage, or decision stage.

Exporting prompt data

Export your prompt data as a CSV file for reporting or deeper analysis.
